Timepiece was received without an issue at my business address. Everything was in order. Perfect condition. Would use SwissWatchExpo again in the future. Suggestion: consider shipping the item in a better padded package or a box (especially for such pricey items being shipped). The current mailing envelope was not cushioned enough if the box of the watch had sustained a heavier impact, with the obvious consequences of possible damage. Fortunately it all arrived perfect.
